Brennan B. Hutson
Brennan B. Hutson is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray, & Bekkerman, LLC. As a trial lawyer, he is proud to represent victims of wrongful death, automobile accidents, premises liability, construction negligence, and other catastrophic personal injuries.
Brennan has been with Taxman, Pollock, Murray, & Bekkerman from the day the firm was founded. Previously a law clerk at Bekkerman Law Offices, Brennan eagerly followed Gerald J. Bekkerman to become a part of the TPMB team. Throughout his entire tenure at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brennan worked at firms that enabled him to passionately advocate for victims of negligence.
Brennan graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2018. In the classroom, Brennan earned the CALI award for scoring the highest grade in five of his classes: Constitutional Law, Evidence, Pre-Trial Litigation, Supreme Court Review, and Criminal Procedure. In 2017, Brennan’s Law Review article “The Animus Briefs: Attacks on the Seventh Circuit’s Sound Analysis of Transgender Bathroom Rights in Public Schools”was published in Seventh Circuit Review.
In addition to his academic achievements, Brennan was a member of the Chicago-Kent Ilana Diamond Rovner Program in Appellate Advocacy, which was ranked second in the United States by the Blakely Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston Law Center in 2018. Brennan is a Chicago native and an avid Bulls fan.
